TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read all these prior to making a booking

Prices:
The price includes accommodation plus breakfast and all taxes. Payments can be made by cash or card (except American Express)

Deposits :
Card details will be taken to secure any booking & will be charged with 1st nights stay as a deposit when required ( see cancellation)

Cancellation :
Bookings can be cancelled up to 7 days before arrival date free of charge. After this 1st nights stay will be charged to the card details held.
Failure to show without cancellation will result in the TOTAL COST of the stay being charged to the card.

Insurance :
Once a booking is made, this agreement becomes a legal contract and deposits will be charged in accordance with cancellation policy. For this reason we STRONGLY recommend that Travel insurance is taken out.

Arrivals :
Check in 4-6pm outside of these times MUST be arranged with us in advance to ensure we are available.
Arrivals are NOT accepted after 10pm

Departure :
Check out is 10am on the day of departure Failure to vacate your room by this may incur charge for another nights stay.
NO REDUCTION is made should you choose to cut short a pre arranged stay.

Children :
Sorry we do not accept children under 12 years of age

Pets :
Sorry we do not accept pets of any kind

Smoking :
It is against the law to smoke anywhere on the premises. Guests suspected of smoking in their rooms, will be asked to leave and a charge of £ 150.00 will be made for deep cleaning the room.

Take away food :
Guests are NOT PERMITTED to bring in hot food to their rooms.

Damages & Breakages :
Please let us know if anything gets damaged or broken in your room. We accept normal wear and tear, however you are liable for any damage / breakages during your stay.
PLEASE NOTE MAKE UP REMOVAL ON TOWELS WILL RESULT IN CHARGE FOR REPLACEMENT OF TOWEL.

Liability :
We do not accept any liability for damage, loss or injury to any member of your party, vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or contractors whilst acting in the course of their employment.

Non availability :
We would only cancel your booking , if the accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control . We would attempt to offer you an alternative , however if this was unacceptable to you then all monies paid would be refunded in full. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund .

P.C.I. Compliance :
This is held and renewed annually as required by law.

Data Protection :
Any data gathered during bookings is held securely and not passed to any third parties
